In The Middle Of The Road

I 89 - Utah

Cindy and I just returned from an incredible road trip through the South-West. We loved Monument Valley and had fun driving on Route 66.  It was very reminiscent of the movie Easy Rider.  Those roads gave us the feeling of absolute freedom. One day I remember we drove on cruise control, listening to Country music on XM-Radio.

I 98 - Arizona

For three hours, we didn’t see more than ten cars. It was the best music for the ever-changing prairie we drove through. The roads are in absolute top condition, not like the “Million Pothole Streets” of NY. You can stand in the middle of the road and the only sound you hear is the whisper of the wind. Camera on manual, compose, correct, walk forward, backwards, down onto the knees – nobody around, plenty of time. Relaxing.
